CD52 Bandit Non-Intrusive Pig Signaler (with ATEX and IECEx Certification)
The CD52 Bandit is a non-intrusive pig signaler which uses either permanent magnets or active transmitters mounted onto the pig to detect passage from 0.022 to 45.73 mph (0.01m/s to 20 m/s).
A relay closure and 4 - 20mA outputs allow the Bandit to be easily interfaced to a wide variety of systems and devices including SCADA, PLC's, lights, horns, etc.
Features include:
System Certifications: | ATEX: II 2G Ex d mb IIB T5 Gb |
IECEx: Ex d mb IIB T5 Gb | |
Line Sizes: | 6 inch to 60 inch [152mm to 1524mm] |
Pipe Wall Thickness: | Up to 1.5" [38.1mm] For wall thickness greater than 1" please consult CDI for optimum deployment options. |
CD52 Bandit Non-Intrusive Pig Signaler (with UL/CSA Class 1 Division 1 Hazardous Location)
The CD52 Bandit is a non-intrusive pig signaler which uses either permanent magnets or active transmitters mounted onto the pig to detect passage from 0.022 to 45.73 mph (0.01m/s to 20 m/s).
A relay closure on passage allows the Bandit to be interfaced to a wide variety of systems including SCADA, PLC's, lights, horns, etc.
Features include:
System Certifications: | UL/CSA Standard C22.2 No. 30 |
Class 1 Division 1 explosion-proof | |
Line Sizes: | 6 inch to 60 inch [152mm to 1524mm] |
Pipe Wall Thickness: | Up to 1.5" [38.1mm] For wall thickness greater than 1" please consult CDI for optimum deployment options. |
CD52 Bandit Non-Intrusive Pig Signaler (with ATEX & IECEx Certification and 316 Stainless Steel Enclosure)
The CD52-316SS encases CDI's field-proven and ATEX/IECEx rated CD52 Bandit non-intrusive pig signaler in a durable, weather-tight cabinet. This cabinet and all exposed surfaces are made from316 stainless steel, a material which is ideally suited for both the harsh saltwater offshore environment as well as the abrasive, sand-blown desert.

TRAXALL RECEIVERS (22Hz and Multiple Sources)
TRAXALL receiver models can detect and record pig passages in 3 different ways: by using industry-standard 22Hz transmitters manufactured by CDI or others, by using one of CDI's color-coded and frequency-adjustable transmitters, or by detecting MFL magnetizers without the use of a transmitter.
TRAXALL 500 / 501
TRAXALL 500 can track industry-standard 22Hz transmitters with signal strength represented as scrolling rows of LEDs. This intuitive user interface means that the TRAXALL 500 receiver requires almost no training or support, lowering the total cost of ownership of the system.
The TRAXALL 500 and TRAXALL 501 receivers differ in their ability to support add-on accessories. The TRAXALL 501 system supports the use of remote electromagnetic antennas and signal flashers with two external connectors while the 500 system does not. TRAXALL 500 is CDI's lowest-cost receiver.
TRAXALL 620
With TRAXALL 620 can track each of up to three transmitter frequencies are represented as scrolling rows of LEDs. This intuitive user interface means that the TRAXALL 620 receiver requires very little training and support, lowering the total cost of ownership of the system.
AXALL 720 & 770
TRAXALL is CDI’s major advance in state-of-the-art pipeline pig location and tracking. Building on 25 years of tracking know-how and our sophisticated new Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology, the 770 tracks 22 Hz and as many as 7 additional transmitter frequencies simultaneously with a unique color assignment for each on the bright, wide temperature display.
CDI’s new Pinpointer user interface technology allows for easy pig location to within inches without the need for tricky nulling procedures.
TRAXALL 720
For users that don't feel that they need the full capability of tracking 8 transmitter frequencies simultaneously, the TRAXALL 720 offers every feature from the TRAXALL 770 but has a lower price point and tracks fewer frequencies - 3 instead of 8.
CD47-C Above Ground Marker (AGM)
The CD47-C with CDI's optional satellite radio can now send emails, text messages and Google Maps location of each pig passage to your Smartphone!
